Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quantum Command Systems, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the MyCS — My Command System mobile application, the website at mycsapp.com, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, creating an account, or using MyCS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use MyCS.

2. App License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the MyCS application on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the application.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Transfer, sublicense, or resell access to the Service.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or use the Service.

3. Accounts and Registration

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your password and notify us of any unauthorized use.
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Not share your account credentials with others (except as provided under the Household tier).

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Available plans:

• MyCS Pro: $9.99/month or $79.99/year.
• MyCS Command: $14.99/month or $119.99/year.
• MyCS Household: $24.99/month or $199.99/year.

Free trials: MyCS Command includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You may only use the free trial once per account.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused portions, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds: App Store refunds must be directed to Apple. Google Play refunds to Google. For direct purchases, contact support@mycsapp.com within 14 days of a charge.

5. Household Tier

• The primary account holder is responsible for all subscription fees and accepts these Terms on behalf of all household members.
• The primary account holder is responsible for ensuring all household members, including minors, comply with these Terms.
• Removing a household member does not automatically delete their personal command data.

6. AI-Assisted Features

• AI-generated plans and suggestions are tools to support your personal decision-making. They are not professional advice of any kind — not medical, financial, legal, or psychological.
• You are solely responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any AI-generated content.
• Your inputs to the AI Command Layer are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Transmit any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or our backend systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Collect or harvest any user data without authorization.
• Use the Service to develop a competing product.

8. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and enter into MyCS. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you. We will never use your personal command content for purposes other than operating and improving the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The MyCS application, the Quantum Command Systems brand, the O²A³ framework, all design elements, feature names, and all other content and software comprising the Service are the exclusive property of Quantum Command Systems, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyCS is a personal productivity and life management tool. It is not a substitute for professional medical, financial, psychological, or legal advice. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL QUANTUM COMMAND SYSTEMS, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Quantum Command Systems, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time via the account deletion process in the app or by contacting support@mycsapp.com.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall first be attempted through good-faith negotiation, then submitted to binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules.

Class action waiver: You waive any right to file a class action or seek class-wide relief.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification and/or email for material changes. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
