You have the right to delete your MyCS account and all personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting, we recommend exporting your data from app settings if you want to keep a copy.
Launch the MyCS app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in.
Tap the PROFILE tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Tap Settings (gear icon) at the top of the Profile screen.
Scroll to the Account section and tap Account.
Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the Account settings page.
Read the confirmation screen. Tap Permanently Delete My Account to complete the request.
Email privacy@mycsapp.com from the email address on your MyCS account.

Your full name, the email address on your account, and a statement that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Upon confirmed account deletion, the following actions are taken:
Retained data cannot be used to identify you and is kept solely to comply with financial record-keeping laws.
Important — Subscription Cancellation: Deleting your account automatically cancels your MyCS subscription. However, if you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also cancel separately in your device's subscription settings to stop future billing.
