Delete Your Account

You have the right to delete your MyCS account and all personal data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Before deleting, we recommend exporting your data from app settings if you want to keep a copy.

Delete from the App

Open MyCS

Launch the MyCS app on your iOS or Android device and make sure you are signed in.

Go to Profile

Tap the PROFILE tab in the bottom navigation bar.

Open Settings

Tap Settings (gear icon) at the top of the Profile screen.

Select "Account"

Scroll to the Account section and tap Account.

Tap "Delete Account"

Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the Account settings page.

Confirm deletion

Read the confirmation screen. Tap Permanently Delete My Account to complete the request.

Send an email to our privacy team

Email privacy@mycsapp.com from the email address on your MyCS account.

Account Deletion Request — [Your Name]

Include in your message

Your full name, the email address on your account, and a statement that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

Receive confirmation

We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.

What Happens to Your Data

Upon confirmed account deletion, the following actions are taken:

PERMANENTLY DELETED

  • Account profile (name, email, password)
  • All objectives and strategies
  • All habit and task records
  • All daily scores and KPI history
  • Morning briefings and evening debriefs
  • Health and nutrition logs (Food Unit)
  • Financial command data
  • Household structure and shared data
  • AI conversation history
  • All session tokens and auth data

RETAINED (LEGAL REQUIREMENT)

  • Transaction records (7 years, tax law)
  • Subscription billing history
  • Fraud prevention records if applicable
  • Anonymized, non-identifiable aggregate analytics (no personal info)

Retained data cannot be used to identify you and is kept solely to comply with financial record-keeping laws.

DELETION TIMELINE

Day 0
Deletion requested. Account immediately deactivated. Subscription cancelled.
Day 1-2
Confirmation sent. Email confirming your deletion request has been received.
Day 3-7
Data queued for deletion. Personal data is marked for removal from active databases.
Day 30
Full deletion complete. All personal data removed from active systems and backups. Final confirmation email sent.

Important — Subscription Cancellation: Deleting your account automatically cancels your MyCS subscription. However, if you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also cancel separately in your device's subscription settings to stop future billing.
